Montessori Moments Homeschool Hybrid Program
Imagine a Different Kind of Learning...
Do you believe that education should be more than sitting at a desk, following a rigid schedule, and working at the same pace as everyone else?
At Montessori Moments, we do too.
Our Homeschool Hybrid program offers a refreshing alternative — one that honors your child's natural curiosity, individual growth, and need for meaningful learning experiences. If you've been searching for a place where your child can explore, create, and grow in a supportive community — you've found it.
About our Homeschool Hybrid:
Designed for Grades 1–8, our Homeschool Hybrid program blends Montessori principles with the flexibility and freedom that homeschooling families value.
Children are empowered to take ownership of their learning journey, while still benefiting from the guidance of experienced educators and the camaraderie of a supportive learning community.
Families must register their children as homeschoolers with the state, as our program serves as an educational partner and support system, not a traditional school.
Interested in learning more?
We invite you to schedule a family meeting to tour the space, ask questions, and see if our Homeschool Hybrid community feels like the right fit for your child.
About our Programs:
-
Core Learning Days
Monday–Wednesday | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Our Core Learning Days focus on core academic learning in a small-group, mixed-age environment, where children work toward individualized goals in math, language arts, science, and social studies.
Each day centers around a balance of small-group instruction and self-paced independent work, allowing students to progress at their own unique pace while still benefiting from group collaboration.
Planning and reflection are built into the daily rhythm, giving students ownership of their learning journey. Throughout the day, children also engage in hands-on activities, outdoor play, social time, and community-building activities, supporting both academic growth and personal development in a natural, nurturing way. -
Thursday Workshop (Optional)
Thursdays | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Project-Based Learning
Mornings are dedicated to longer-term interdisciplinary projects, hands-on learning activities, and group interests, allowing students to dive deeply into subjects in a creative, collaborative way. Afternoons offer a mix of individual work time, small-group project work, and focused tutoring support, giving students the opportunity to strengthen academic skills while continuing to explore areas of personal interest.
It’s a day for expanding knowledge, building confidence, and growing both individually and as a community — all in a relaxed, supportive environment. -
Friday Community (Optional)
Fridays | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Friday Community days are designed to nurture joyful learning, friendships, and real-world experiences.
Mornings are spent on field trips, creative workshops, outdoor learning experiences, or special community-building activities, offering students opportunities to explore the world around them, engage with their peers, and build lasting memories.
Afternoons focus on social enrichment activities, such as group games, team-building challenges, and collaborative projects that strengthen communication skills, leadership, and a sense of belonging.
Fridays celebrate the idea that learning happens everywhere — in nature, in creativity, and through connection — and are intentionally crafted to support the social, emotional, and collaborative growth of each child.
